Welcome to Valkyrie, a new patchset for u-he Zebra2, created by Sonic Elements. Valkyrie aims to combine both the dark and combative tones as well as the serene textures of the legendary battle maiden into a unique sonic form. Special care was taken over several months to construct 40 oscillators templates and 200 patches for this robust sound set. The result is a sonic palette that is both varied in texture and delivery.
Valkyrie contains sections dedicated to ambient sounds as well as full-on distortion. This adventure in sound design takes full advantage Zebra 2.3's features to create a sonic arsenal that range from dance to new age patches. The wide range of standard and extravagant patches feature experimental combinations of synthesis methods including FM, Subtractive, Wavetable, Physical Modeling, and Analog Modeling. Valkyrie atches are fully tweakable and performance ready with all 4 XY performance controls mapped on every preset! Details:
