- Make certain you understand exactly what you are purchasing. There are no refunds.
- Use the email link on the contact page if you are unsure of any aspects of the products or your order. We will be happy to assist.
- Those of you on dial-up please consider purchasing the DVD versions of our products. Our products are very large and over dialup you may have various problems downloading them. Thus we unfortunately cannot support dial-up customers for our downloadable products. Seriously though, the DVD versions are only $10 more!
- If you do not have a valid credit card on your Paypal account you will automatically send an 'eCheck' instead. eChecks take up to a week to clear. Only after confirmation of clearance will you be sent your product.
- NSL offers product bundles. Want to buy a few of our products at once? Email us for a custom bundle quote. Note that if you want multiple products shipped on DVD there will be a significant discount.
- NSL currently ships DVD purchases on plain DVD-Rs in a bubble wrapped brown envelope. Those expecting fancy packaging will be disappointed - perhaps on future products!
- The major differences between Wusikstation and SF2/SFZ versions: Wusikstation versions come with a huge variety of professionally designed presets, whereas SF2/SFZ just comes with the raw samples. This also explains why SF2/SFZ costs significantly less money.
Customer Support FAQ
- The most frequent problem users experience is not receiving their download links by email. 99% of the time this is because our messages are considered spam by either your ISP or email program. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER BEFORE EMAILING US ABOUT MISSING DOWNLOAD LINKS!
- Please refer to the install.txt file included with your product purchase before emailing us about installation issues.
- If you have difficulties extracting your product from their .rar files, ensure you are using WinRAR. Any other software may cause problems with the extraction.
- NSL offers crossgrades from one format to another - for instance the Wusikstation version of SoundCell ONE to the Soundfont version. Please email us for a custom crossgrade quote.
- Product download links are only temporary. Please back up your product to CD/DVD as soon as possible to prevent loss of data.
- If you would like to sell (transfer) the license of any of your NSL products you can do so for a nominal fee of $14.95 CAD. This fee covers multiple products to a single recipient. The new owner of the license will be entitled to updates, support, but *not* special NSL-customer only deals and prices. Contact NSL by email for more information.
