I'll be away on a canoe trip (no phone, no email), deep in northern Canada until August 16th.  During this time, Nucleus SoundLab orders should still be working fine.  Our new cart system serves download links automatically after a successful purchase, and its worked great so far.  If you do have any questions or problems, I'm afraid I won't be able to reply until the 16th, so your patience is very much appreciated.  Once I get home, I'll be working through any support requests very quickly, I assure you.  Thanks as always for your interest in our products and have a great August!
