Well, we've had a very successful first-week launch of the new nucleus-soundlab.com.  So much traffic in fact, that we've had over 2 TB (2000 GB) of soundware downloaded in a single week!  I want to thank everyone for visiting, and giving our products your consideration.  In the next few months, we'll be expanding even more, into new formats and new opportunities.  So stay tuned!

I also want to highlight some of the most common questions I'm getting.  First, its very important you read the FAQ before you contact me with questions.  Many of your questions are answered in there.  Of course, I'm happy to help regardless, but its also quicker for you to find your answer there oftentimes.

• I have subscribed to the newsletter but didn't receive any download links for Ambient Space I!  This is by far the most common question.  And I've found that in 90% of the cases, its because the user is already subscribed.  You cannot subscribe twice.  And if you were already subscribed - you received an email a few days ago with the download links to Ambient Space I.  So you do not need to subscribe again.  Note that in the next newsletter I'm going to again post all freebie links, so if you missed them and can't find the last email you'll receive it again soon.
• Some of the Ambient Space I RAR archives are corrupt! No, everything is working fine.  Its extremely important to follow the FAQ answer on this: "Some of our products are delivered as compressed RAR files.  These are uncompressed easily with Winrar 3+ or Unrar-X on Mac.  Its very important to start extraction from the first RAR volume only, and all subsequent volumes are automatically used."  The flipside of this is, that if you extract each volume separately, your compression program will complain about corrupt archives.
• Where are the ChordWaves downloads located?  In the 'Demos and Freebies' folder.
• Where are SoundCell and VS Resurrection?  Are they discontinued?  NO.  I am working on their pages and the best way to organize them into the site.  If you would like to buy  them immediately then please contact me and I'll send you a custom Paypal invoice.
