If you would like to sell (transfer) the license of any of your NSL products you can do so for a nominal fee of $15. This fee covers multiple products to a single recipient. The new owner of the license will be entitled to updates, support, as well as special NSL-customer only deals and prices. Contact us by email for more information.

This means that all formats are included for a single price. Often with our Refills, there is an option to buy the Multi-Format, which will get you the raw samples that you can load outside of Reason - in Kontakt for example.

Yes, absolutely.  Reason 5 is fully backwards-compatible with all Reason 4 songs and patches.

If we are offline, we'll be able to read your message once we get online.  But once you are no longer on the site we cannot reply.  For that reason, please use email to contact us when we are offline from Live Chat.

If you are on dial-up please consider purchasing the DVD versions of our products. Our products are very large and over dial-up you may have various problems downloading them. Thus we unfortunately cannot support dial-up customers for our downloadable products.

If you do not have a valid credit card on your Paypal account you will automatically send an 'eCheck' instead. eChecks take up to a week to clear. Only after confirmation of clearance will you be sent your product.

Physical products are provided by NSL as a courtesy for those with slow connections, not as a 'showpiece' to put on your shelves. NSL currently ships DVD purchases on plain DVD-Rs in a bubble wrapped brown envelope. Those expecting fancy packaging will be disappointed - perhaps on future products!

The Refill and VSTi are based on the same samples. However, the patch content is totally different - authored by different designers. There isn't much overlap between them. For this reason, it can be useful to own both versions.

The most frequent problem users experience is not receiving their download links by email. 99% of the time this is because our messages are considered spam by either your ISP or email program. Please check your spam folder carefully before emailing us about missing links!

At this time, we fulfill each order manually.  Outside of business hours, such as evenings and weekends, we may not have access to your order.  Thank you for your patience!

Some of our products are delivered as compressed RAR files.  These are uncompressed easily with Winrar 3+ or Unrar-X on Mac.  Its very important to start extraction from the first RAR volume only, and all subsequent volumes are automatically used.

We are working on a better solution for this.  In the meantime, make sure to bookmark the freebie download page once you reach it.  If you do lose it, contact us and we'll resend it to you.

Product download links are only temporary. Please back up your product to CD/DVD as soon as possible to prevent loss of data.  If you forgot to backup and had a computer crash or similar, email us and we'll try to help regardless.

At this time the only form of electronic payment we offer is through Paypal.  If you cannot get Paypal working, we also do accept international money orders.  Please check with your bank that the money order will be cashable in Canada, and then email us for more info.
